Question for Josh: How do we Reach the Addicted?

First off Josh, love the band and the Mets! LFGM! Second, my grandfather dealt with addiction to both drugs and alcohol his entire life until about 20 years ago when he finally had enough and quit. Unfortunately, now he has a handful of medical problems that he deals with, mostly because of his problem in the past. How, if it all, can we get through to other people who have not seen the light and gotten away from their addictions yet? How do we convince them that they need to get clean?
